Moore Squared Communications launched to help asset managers to solve, not sell

6 March 2025

Charlotte and Natasha today bring you Moore Squared Communications to help asset managers build better client connections.

With a combined 50 years’ experience in the investment sector, the sisters understand how rapid changes have shrunk asset managers’ client pool. Organisations are concerned the current government’s suggested pension reforms have the potential to reduce opportunities further.

After a tough decade, changes have accelerated in recent years with war and maverick politicians bringing about a once in a generation change in financial markets.

Asset managers’ opportunities with legacy defined benefit schemes have shrunk while other institutional investors have failed to take up the slack.

Major geopolitical shifts add to the challenge, increasing uncertainty and lowering business confidence.

Co-founder, Charlotte Moore, said: “Asset managers feel under siege with margins under pressure, client opportunities drying up and the government looking to shorten the investment chain.

“In this climate, asset manager success isn’t about selling, it’s about solving. Managers who truly understand the issues faced by their clients will not only survive but thrive.”

Moore Squared Communications is built on the belief that deep client connections not tactics build long-term success. They know what it takes to be a credible sustainable investor.

Co-founder, Natasha Moore, said: “Connections are built over years not transactions. Building these relationships requires a profound understanding of who your client is and what they need.

“Client relationships are the beating heart of an asset manager’s business but frequently communications are perceived as a support function rather than driving strategy and shifting the dial on the bottom line.”

When Charlotte and Natasha say they understand investors, they mean it. They have spent years talking to and working with investment organisations.

As a freelance journalist, Charlotte has conducted thousands of interviews with managers, advisors and schemes. Natasha spent a decade working in communications departments and understands the pressures they face.
